Todd Hasson earned an M.B.A., focusing on finance, economics and accounting, and he holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter. He has developed damage models, performed valuations, and estimated the costs of capital and prejudgment interest rates in the context of litigation, arbitration, and business negotiation. Mr. Hasson has provided deposition testimony and submitted expert reports. In addition, he has undertaken damage studies on dozens of matters in a wide range of industries.

Mr. Hasson has calculated damages in the form of lost profits, lost investment value and lost royalties in disputes involving antitrust violation, false advertising, breach of contract, patent infringement, and trade secret violation. He has also measured the value of business units and analyzed the financial viability of firms including professional sports franchises, nuclear waste facilities, and pharmaceutical companies.
