MiCRA is delighted to announce that on April 7 Dr. Shyam Khemani will be joining MiCRA (Microeconomic Research and Consulting Associates, Inc.) in Washington D.C., where he will lead our growing international antitrust and competition policy practice. Dr. Khemani is focusing particularly on Canada and developing countries, where he has worked extensively over the past two decades.  Our relationship with Shyam goes back to the time when he and Rick Warren-Boulton were Chief Economists in the Canadian and US Antitrust Agencies respectively, and we have long admired his work at the World Bank.
